Objectives

Molkagtez’s goal was to increase sales but also to become the best Mexican restaurant in the city. They knew they had a great concept but lacked the marketing skills to get the word out about their restaurant, even after hiring a different marketing team. We were tasked with an increase of 25 percent in sales, and creating a marketing strategy that would allow them to open up multiple restaurants in the future. They did not just want to succeed they were looking to expand and wanted to be busy on every day, and on every platform on social media.

Molkagtez had a great concept it just needed the tools to succeed. We created a new marketing and operational strategy that has led to their success in 6 months. After researching their demographics and target customers, we created specialized promos for every day of the week to boost their weekly sales. As they have a beautiful enclosed patio we utilized this feature and created strategic content around the space on social media, which brought in an increased number of customers and parties of up to 40 people resulting in booked-out Fridays and Saturdays. Lastly, we utilized ad and influencer campaigns to get the point across and increase brand awareness which resulted in a huge influx of new customers and a 20x increase in delivery sales.

Results

Sales 2x from 20k/week to $40k/week in 6 months

Due to the constant social media attention/campaigns we ran, the off-season sales increased by 45%, with our mid-week becoming more popular than our weekend.

Average Spend Doubled on Weekdays & Uber Eats 20x

We set up specials and Happy Hour’s the coincided with he demographic and brought a huge influx of people. Uber eats went from $100 a week to $2000 a week in sales.

Google Searches & Action increased by 12K

In 6 months Google searches and Actions raised by an average of 12k people with an increase in clicks and calls.

Facebook, & Instagram Grew by 400%

Facebook & Instagram followers have increased by 400% with an increase in engagement.

Ads on Facebook have a click rate average of $0.12 and accounted for a 25 percent increase in sales.

Website clicks for Instagram had an average of 750 per month.
