Objectives

Nuna Kitchen & Bar needed help to overhaul its marketing strategy due to constant inconsistencies in customer and sales. They also had a very weak delivery platform strategy and social media awareness. Owners Jazmin and Chef Sergio tasked Schmooze PR to build a marketing strategy that brought a whole new variety of customers, as well as brand awareness for the restaurant. They wanted to also create a loyalty program with email marketing, and create a business HR funnel through Linkedin.

We build Nuna’s marketing strategy around three pillars, creating and showcasing a gastronomic experience, emulating the fact that they're the only Peruvian restaurant in the city(at the time), and targeting Parkdale with promotions that fit the median income of the neighbourhood. Through constant content creation, tasting menus, promotions, advertisements and influencers we were able to create an influx of new customers and build a loyal fan base of current customers who attend every event and every new tasting menu that is unveiled. On top of that, a promotional strategy that met the target market of the area brought word of mouth and a huge increase in delivery sales. Lastly, with the owners we built an experience through food, wine and cocktails that the customer never forgets thus resulting in continuous traction.

Results

Increase of 2x on Weekday Sales

With the help of the promotions set up, weekday sales doubled and became much more consistent on a week-by-week basis. Especially on Thursday with it’s $35 Steak and Wine promo.

Increase of Sunday and Delivery Sales

Delivery Sales increased by 10x with constant advertisement and BOGO promotions that brought in a lot of new and loyal customers. Sundays increased due to brand awareness and promotion.

Google Searches & Action increased by 10K

In 6 months Google searches and Actions raised by an average of 10k people per month.

Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram Grew by 300%

Facebook & Instagram followers have increased by 300% in 6 months. With an average 600 clicks per month

Ads on Facebook have a click rate average of $0.20.

Nuna LinkedIn company page has risen to 700 followers in 6 months, with an average of 3k views and 100 searches per week.
