Objectives

Par Bar reached out because they were only 3 months open and lacking severely in sales. Their issue was a small social and digital media footprint, low brand awareness, little interest in being a bar in a hotel, and the menu and atmosphere of the space were not developed. They were looking to increase their presence through influencer events and marketing insight at Par Bar at the start of 2023. Schmooze PR took on the challenge to help them not only increase brand awareness but also book events through corporate, and individual bookings.

Through each event that was build, it had a different focus in mind. To start off we started with food influencers who were able to get the word out about Par Bar and why it is a great place for date night. The second event was built for lifestyles who showcased the food like the food influencers but showed the many fun activities that Par Bar has to offer with their Top Golf simulators, bringing in interested parties for birthdays, branded events and corporate settings. Each event was tracked not only the success of the influence, but the feedback given by each one for a wholesome focus group. The third event focused on a mixed of food, event, and lifestyleinfluencers for the greatest engagement and following success which took Par Bar to new heights. The last event was created for the strong Indian community to showcase the space to many corporate and individual clients. Thus resulting in a complete turn around and success of Par Bar. The last event also included photography to bring more of the vibe of the space as more than just a bar in the Mariott.

Results

Customer Satisfaction and Operational Execution Increased

An increase of customer satisfaction when asked about the food and drink menu by 65% and an increase of 45% of satisfaction when it came to the atmosphere of the space.

Complete Winter Bookings

From October to December Par Bar was almost completely booked for a multitude of events.

Instagram Grew by 600%

Instagram followers have increased by 600% with an increase in engagement.
