Objectives

To grow Pop Up Giant’s social media following, increase awareness within the Toronto market, and boost in-person sale attendance and overall sales volume.

Content Strategy

The strategy leaned into relatable, fast-moving content designed for engagement. This included a mix of trending memes, bold sale-driven graphics, and behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage showcasing the exclusive deals, product variety, and hype around each event. The goal was to keep content fun, shareable, and reflective of Toronto’s urban fashion culture.

Results

Over an 8-month period, Pop Up Giant grew its Instagram following by 40,000 users and doubled its number of annual pop-up events — from 6 in 2024 to 12 in 2025 — due to overwhelming demand and a loyal, engaged online community. The brand’s vibrant digital presence successfully translated into foot traffic, buzz, and sold-out events across the GTA.
